Lykke is the Danish word for “happiness”. This 24 ft tiny house on wheels features a cozy interior inspired by Danish design and the Hygge movement. The layout is spacious with the storage stairs inset into the loft space for a more open plan. The loft fits a full size bed but it could also fit a queen size bed even with the inset stairs.
The gray color on the interior walls has a warm undertone as does the gray glass subway tile kitchen back splash. Cooler tones are contrasted with the custom blue cabinets. Here are some more features of the Lykke tiny house:

We are especially proud of the owner’s forethought for situating The Lykke tiny house. One contractor did the grading, leveling, gravel, river rock boarder, and skirting, whereby the wheels were removed, the frame set on blocks and the skirting installed to create a crawlspace under the house. Another contractor did the wrap-around deck, awning, and booth for the outdoor shower.
The Lykke is nestled very nicely in the woods and this is a good example of best practices for semi-permanent setup for a tiny house. Wind River Tiny Homes worked with the owner to customize the utilities and layout for this semi-permanent setup. We are so proud of the owner for situating The Lykke tiny house so well.
