Downstairs

Entry through the french doors into the high ceiling central area with architectural negative detailed ceiling. Kitchen and lounge configuration can be swapped around (central or end wall location). Great indoor/outdoor flow with a separate laundry and bathroom and a back door.

Designer kitchen

Featuring soft close drawers, dishdrawer, oven, gas hobs, extractor, full sized fridge and flip up breakfast bar - perfect for dining or when entertaining for extra bench space!
