Salted cupcakes with olives and cheese.


Ingredients :     250 g flour     250 ml of milk     100 g minced cheese     80 g pancetta in small cubes     50 g of dissolved butter     1 egg     1 bustina soda     1/2 teaspoon of salt coffee     100 gr of olives without nucleus


Instructions for preparation: In a bowl we throw flour, weave with sieve and salt. We mix them with the fork and set aside. In one bowl we beat the egg fork, add the butter. Now throw a piece of blend of flour and a piece of milk until we finish. Finally add the cheese, olives, pancetta and mix until we get a homogeneous dough. Fill the cake form, just over 2/3 of their height, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
