The Villa Max is a 10ft wide park model in our farmhouse modern style (480 sq ft.) This model has a very large loft, a bedroom downstairs, a 4.5 ft x 8 ft bathroom, a large kitchen with apartment size refrigerator, 3 burner furrion built-in range, 24 inch apron front sink, optional dishwasher, positionable island/dining table, and hood vent. Outside of the bathroom is storage stairs with drawers and a tall closet accessed in bedroom.
The stairs can hold an optional venting Washer/Drier combo unit. Tru Form offers several built in bed options including hydraulic lift and storage beds, elevator beds with headboard desk, and a murphy bed with desk that folds out when the bed is stowed. We offer several heating options including mini split heat pumps (also cools), electric heat, LP furnaces, wood stoves, electric fireplaces, and more.
This model comes standard with fine line pine wall surfaces, painted all white on the interior (walls, ceiling, and trim), with pops of natural wood on barn doors, collar ties, open shelves, custom hickory bathroom vanity and optional dining table. The exterior is mixed quality siding - lap and board-n-baton, with pops of cedar. A large removable awning is over the main door. It has huge bronze, tempered windows throughout - including an entire wall of windows to flood the hallway.
The bedroom comes standard with a sliding glass door but this can be adapted to be windows, a folding door, or french doors. 4 Exterior lights accent the exterior. Rather than our online designer we currently offer Palette Design Packages that determine the finishes for the Villa Series.
